candy&caviar wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your product, but in case there is a problem, we gladly offer full refunds and exchanges. If you are unfulfilled with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original condition) within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping and handling. candy&caviar reserves the right to refuse worn and/or damaged merchandise. 

candy&caviar does not assume return shipping costs. Returned and/or exchanged merchandise must be post-marked by the 7th day after receiving the item(s). In order to ensure your refund and/or exchange, all returns must include your invoice, along with the returns/exchanges portion filled in. candy&caviar does not take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return/exchange packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We recommend that you send your items with a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery to candy&caviar. Please also note that packages that arrive COD will be denied or the amount will be deducted from your return amount or added to your exchange order. Please allow 1 to 2 billing statements for your credit to appear. Exchanges may take 1 to 2 weeks for complete transaction.
